Position Summary

UltraSource is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This is a hands-on role for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with experience in B2B industrial equipment marketing and a passion for content creation, digital marketing, social media, ecommerce, and campaign execution.

This role requires a true "jack-of-all-trades" marketer who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Create and manage content for website product description pages (PDPs) and sales collateral
  • Write compelling customer-focused copy tailored to industrial and manufacturing audiences
  • Coordinate with product managers, sales teams, and vendors to gather technical information and transform it into engaging marketing content

Ecommerce & Website Management

  • Maintain product information, imagery, and digital assets across web platforms
  • Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and a positive customer experience

Graphic Design & Creative Production

  • Design marketing materials including advertisements, brochures, trade show graphics, email assets, social media content, and presentations
  • Create and edit visual content using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials

Product Photography & Visual Content

  • Plan, capture, and edit professional product photography for use across digital, print, ecommerce, social media, and sales materials
  • Coordinate and execute product photo shoots, including equipment staging, lighting, composition, and post-production editing
  • Maintain and organize UltraSource's digital asset library, ensuring photos and creative assets are current and accessible

Other Duties as Assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B industrial equipment, manufacturing, food processing, or related industries
  • Proficiency in:
    • Adobe InDesign
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience with ecommerce and website content management
  • Strong copywriting and content development skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
