Job description

Our Company is seeking an Ultra Care Service Technician to provide timely and quality service to our customers. The incumbent must be comfortable with driving to various customer locations to conduct preventive maintenance on our products. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. Customer service must be a priority. A clean driving record is required.

  • Travel to Customer Locations and maintain batteries as required.
  • Clean and Neutralize batteries as required.
  • Complete repairs as needed.
  • Provide detailed reports.
  • Deliver batteries and chargers.
  • Help with various other tasks that may be required from time to time.

Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
