Howard Technology Solutions is looking for enthusiastic candidates who are passionate about technology. Howard PC Product Specialists are technicians who support our Sales Teams as a dedicated resource for our line of Howard branded products, providing specifications, recommendations, and training on new and current Howard products. If you are interested in working with the latest PC technologies and interfacing directly with industry names such as Intel and NVIDIA, Howard PC Product Specialist may be the opportunity you have been looking for.
Responsibilities
  • This position will involve a wide variety of disciplines related to PC systems. These include working with our Design Engineers in the design phase to ensure Sales feedback is being addressed, creation of relevant product information and training documents, and sales support and training.

Skills/Qualifications
  • QUALIFICATIONS: • 2-year degree in Information Technology or related field
    • 2 years' experience in computer hardware is preferred
    • Knowledge of current PC hardware and technologies
    • Knowledge or experience with Windows Operating systems
    • Experience with creating documents and presentations using Microsoft Office
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work with others to accomplish common goals
