Job description

SUMMARY:
The LMS Specialist will gain deep technical knowledge as the SME of UKG Pro Learning, ensuring accurate configuration, streamlined operations, and engaging content delivery. The LMS Specialist will support the administration and day-to-day operations of UKG Pro Learning, ensuring that training content is uploaded, organized, and quickly accessible to employees across all sites. The LMS Specialist will assist by tracking completions, generating reports, and supporting leaders and facilitators in delivering effective training. This position plays a key role in reinforcing United Alloy's commitment to continuous learning and culture alignment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Optimize, configure, customize, and maintain key inputs to UKG Pro Learning platform for efficiency and scalability.
• Upload, organize, and update training content, including videos, documents, assessments, and learning paths.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, and provide on-demand access and troubleshooting support.
• Assign courses and monitor completion rates across sites.
• Generate and analyze stakeholder reports on engagement and compliance to highlight wins, gaps, and trends.
• Provide technical support and training for employees and leaders.
• Collaborate with department leaders and facilitators across sites to align learning strategies and deliverables with company culture.
• Ensure LMS content reflects United Alloy values and culture initiatives.
• Maintain version control and update cycles for training materials to ensure compliance and integrity.
• Stay current on UKG Pro Learning updates and LMS trends to recommend improvements, collaborating with IT as needed.
• Provide backup and support to site WFD team as needed.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of WFD.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, HR, education, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in LMS support, training coordination, or administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong technical proficiency with LMS platforms and HR systems. Experience with application system administration is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated communication and collaboration abilities to communicate with stakeholders across departments and sites.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing conditions.
• Knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive HR and employee information.
• Familiarity with e-learning best practices and emerging technologies.
