Job description

We are seeking an experienced UKG Consultant with deep expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) to support a new enterprise implementation focused on the Advanced Scheduler and Forecaster modules. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional and configuration experience, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration resources to deliver a successful UKG WFM deployment.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable workforce management solutions.
• Design and configure UKG applications to support business and operational objectives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Advanced Scheduler and Forecaster modules.
• Collaborate with business users, client management, and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support solution testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Analyze existing workforce management processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and workforce planning.
• Work within complex enterprise environments supporting multiple systems and integrated solutions.
• Assist with integration efforts involving UKG and legacy systems.
• Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and production support as needed.
• Partner effectively with client, consulting, and third-party vendor teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with integration teams and demonstrate an understanding of UKG integrations leveraging Dell Boomi and related middleware solutions.
Required Skills
• 10+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), UKG Workforce Central, and/or ADP eTime 7.0+ solutions.
• Extensive experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) implementations and enhancements.
• Strong expertise in Advanced Scheduler.
• Strong expertise in Forecaster.
• Full project lifecycle experience including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Deep functional knowledge of the UKG Pro WFM suite of products.
• Working knowledge of Dell Boomi integrations and the ability to partner effectively with integration teams supporting UKG implementations.
• Ability to work within complex enterprise environments requiring multi-product solutions and legacy system integrations.
• Strong consultative, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
