ADP Lyric Implementation Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ADP Lyric Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation of ADP's next-generation HCM platform. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management, along with hands-on system configuration and client-facing implementation experience.

This role requires working closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, payroll departments, and IT teams to successfully deliver scalable and compliant HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle ADP Lyric implementations including discovery, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-production support
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into system configurations
Configure ADP Lyric modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Talent
Set up payroll rules including earnings, deductions, taxes, accruals, and compliance configurations
Perform data migration activities including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning
Support system integrations including inbound/outbound interfaces and third-party benefits/payroll feeds
Manage system testing phases (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and resolve configuration issues
Provide end-user training and post-go-live hypercare support
Develop documentation including configuration workbooks, SOPs, and implementation guides
Ensure adherence to compliance standards and payroll regulations.
