YOU MUST HAVE:

Qualified applicants must have a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Networking, or a related field, and 3 years of experience with enterprise mobility management (EMM) or unified endpoint management (UEM) platforms (e.g., SOTI MobiControl, Intune, Workspace ONE, Jamf, MobileIron). Must have 3 years of experience with the following: Strong hands-on knowledge of iOS, Android, and Windows mobile operating systems; experience configuring and deploying mobile apps, profiles, security policies, and certificates; familiarity with MDM protocols, mobile security practices, and enterprise app lifecycle management; and knowledge of networking fundamentals, VPN, and authentication (e.g., SAML, Azure AD). Up to 25% domestic & international travel required. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mobile solutions with existing IT infrastructure and security policies.
  • Conduct user training, write documentation, and create knowledge base articles to support deployment and end-user adoption.
  • Participate in client-facing engagements, gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to device management and mobile application performance.
  • Stay up to date with mobility trends, OS updates, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
