United Defense Tactical (UDT) in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Firearms Instructor to lead cutting-edge training in our state-of-the-art facility. Teach reality-based skills—using threat simulators, force-on-force scenarios, and live-fire sessions—and empower civilians, military, and law enforcement to thrive in real-world threats. If you’re passionate, precise, and purpose-driven, this is your chance to shine!
What You’ll Do:
  • Lead dynamic training sessions with UDT’s threat-based reality simulator, force-on-force courses, and indoor/outdoor live-fire ranges.

  • Teach firearm safety, handling, and shooting techniques to individuals and groups, from beginners to advanced shooters.

  • Instill safety protocols, ensuring every participant masters the rules and respects the power of firearms.

  • Maintain training equipment and uphold a secure range environment during all sessions.

  • Assess student performance, offering clear feedback to boost their skills and confidence.
