About the Role:
Join the dynamic team at All One Gym Inc as a Gym Front Desk Associate! In this exciting role, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting their fitness journeys.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist members and guests at the front desk with a friendly demeanor.
  • Manage check-ins, memberships, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
  • Promote gym programs, services, and events to enhance member engagement.
  • Process payments and manage cash register transactions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive gym experience for all.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clientele.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fitness and knowledge of gym operations is a plus.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
