John Knox Village is a not-for-profit Life Plan Retirement Community offering independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care to more than 1,000 residents. Our scenic 70-acre campus in Pompano Beach is conveniently located near major highways and transportation options.

As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will create a positive first impression from the moment someone enters our community. You will answer phones promptly and professionally, sort mail with accuracy, manage deliveries, and assist residents and guests with a friendly, solutions-focused approach. Your role is essential in fostering trust, building relationships, and enhancing the overall experience within our vibrant community.
