Front Desk Ambassador - Harrah's Laughlin

Must be 18 years of age or older

We're looking for a friendly, detailoriented Front Desk Ambassador to welcome guests, assist with checkins and checkouts, and ensure a smooth and memorable stay. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you'll play a key role in delivering our signature FamilyStyle Service.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of related experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests
  • Ability to read and write simple lists, memos, and business correspondence
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

  • Block rooms for Groups, VIPs, Sales, and Casino departments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support frontofhouse operations
  • Maintain availability for scheduled shifts
  • Deliver Caesars Entertainment's FamilyStyle Service at all times
