Role Description The Front Desk Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Avon, OH. This team member greets clients, checks them in for classes, answers inquiries in person and by phone, and supports a smooth studio experience from arrival to departure. Daily responsibilities include managing reservations and class schedules, processing payments, assisting with membership questions, and maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area. The role also involves coordinating with instructors, handling basic administrative tasks, and communicating studio updates to clients. The Front Desk Representative serves as a key point of contact, ensuring every visitor feels supported and well-informed.

Qualifications
