Job description

We are seeking a part-time Sales & Front Desk Associate for an on-site role located in our Club Pilates Allen Studio. 

POSITION:

You are the Ambassador of our studio!  Responsibilities include providing superior customer service to members, membership & retail sales, and studio operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will play a key role in fostering a positive and professional experience for all members, guests, and colleagues.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with prospective and existing members via Phone, In Person, Text, & Email.
  • Possess a proactive and service mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Basic computer skills, we use Club Ready & Google Workspace. 
  • Must have excellent public speaking skills (small groups, 12 or less).
  • Ability to learn and follow specific sales and communication protocols.
  • Must maintain a professional polished appearance and follow the recommended Dress Code (Athleisure). 
  • Availability to work varied in studio shifts (7 days a week, 8am-9pm, part time).  
  • Ability to stand, sit, or bend & lift up to 25 lbs throughout the workday as needed.
  • Willingness and ability to complete daily cleaning tasks.
  • Ability and willingness to participate in full body Reformer based Pilates workout classes.
