Role Purpose
The Front Desk Associate is the face of the studio and a key driver of the member experience. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, supporting daily studio operations, and ensuring every member interaction reflects the Mantra Fitness standard.
This is not a passive role. Front Desk Associates are expected to be proactive, detail-oriented, and fully engaged in the day-to-day execution of studio operations. Success is measured by consistency, reliability, and the quality of the member experience delivered on every shift.
Compensation & Performance Alignment
This role includes a competitive hourly rate with opportunities for growth based on performance and contribution.
Hourly Rate:
$14-$16 per hour, commensurate with experience and availability.

The Front Desk Associate is accountable for:

  • Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the studio
  • Accurate execution of check-in, booking, and POS processes
  • Supporting studio operations and team needs during each shift
  • Upholding Mantra Fitness brand standards and culture

Key ResponsibilitiesStudio Operations
  • Open and/or close the studio according to established SOPs
  • Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and fully set up for classes
  • Prepare equipment and reset the room between classes
  • Monitor and restock retail, amenities, and supplies as needed
  • Follow all operational procedures, policies, and safety standards

Member Experience & Hospitality
  • Greet every member and guest with professionalism and energy
  • Learn member names and build genuine relationships
  • Check members in efficiently using ClubReady
  • Assist new clients with onboarding, waivers, and first-visit guidance
  • Address questions, concerns, and basic issues with professionalism
  • Escalate more complex concerns to the Studio Manager when appropriate

Sales & Front Desk Performance
  • Support membership sales, intro offers, and retail purchases
  • Educate members on packages, promotions, and studio offerings
  • Encourage class bookings, waitlist conversions, and retention behaviors
  • Maintain accuracy in all transactions and client profiles

Team & Studio Support
  • Communicate clearly with instructors and team members
  • Support smooth class transitions and on-time starts
  • Assist with studio events, promotions, and community initiatives
  • Contribute to a positive, accountable, and team-oriented environment
