Sculpt Fitness is looking for a motivated, energetic Front Desk Associate to be the face of our gym. As the first point of contact for members and guests, youโ€™ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, high-energy environment while delivering an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in members and guests with a positive, welcoming attitude
  • Assist with membership inquiries, sales, and retention
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and follow up with leads and prospects
  • Process payments and maintain accurate member records
  • Promote gym programs, services, and upcoming events
  • Sell in-house products (smoothies, drinks, apparel, accessories)
  • Help schedule classes and personal training sessions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and facility
  • Perform daily walkthroughs and assist with general facility upkeep
  • Open and/or close the gym as scheduled
  • Resolve member concerns in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
  • Positive, upbeat personality with strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills with members, staff, and management
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Passion for health, fitness, and community
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • CPR/AED certification preferred
  • Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills (experience with gym software is a plus)
  • Availability for flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
