Job description

Front Desk Associate - Monday thru Friday 10am - 6pm AND Possible Weekends shifts available
The Front Desk Associate will greet and direct members, guests and staff as they enter the gym. This position will provide assistance to members along with inquiries about gym operations and policies, as well as perform various administrative duties. This position shares in the responsibilities of making shakes at our amazing shake bar, guest check-ins, member log in and inquiries of both in person and phone, plus assisting with making sure the gym floor is clean and clear of weights and any debris.
This detail-oriented individual will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members. Basic understanding of accounting principles, cash processing procedures and computer skills required.
