Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the regional operational day-day oversight and management for a broad range of UCLA Health Primary, Specialty and Immediate Care services. Within this regional structure, you will have direct supervisory responsibility for each Clinic Manager at each clinic location within their purview.You willperform the supervisory and operational management function for the Santa Clarita North Valley Region You willpartner closely with senior leadership, physician leads, and key stakeholders to support clinical excellence, operational efficiency, patient experience, employee engagement, regulatory compliance and financial sustainability.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to,coordinatingoperational management, problem identification, and assisting with the development of strategic initiatives, as appropriate, to include both short and long-range planning for the assigned practices within the specified discipline, under the overall direction of the Sr Director and in concert with the overall strategic plan of UCLA Health.Providing oversight for the practice managers, physicians, nurses, medical assistants, clinical extenders and administrative staff to assure optimal patient care. Assistingwith establishing a discipline specific infrastructure within UCLA Health to include recruitment of physicians and staff to support the assigned practices.Assistingwith patient experience,access, financial and budgetary oversight, staff human resources oversight, clinician on/off-boarding, care coordination and communication, space management, supply-chain management, environment of care, clinical outcomes, medication management, quality and safety reporting, revenue cycle management, policy development and deployment for assigned practices.Core Competencies for this role includes strategic and critical thinking, operational execution and problem-solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills, data-driven and ethical decision-making. commitment to CI-CARE vales and high emotional intelligence and team leadership.

Salary Range: $132,300 - $307,100 annual
