What are types of finance?

Types of finance refer to the various methods and fields within finance that deal with the management, creation, and study of money and investments. The three primary types are personal finance, corporate finance, and public (or government) finance. Personal finance focuses on individual and household money management, corporate finance deals with how companies handle funding and capital structure, and public finance involves government spending, taxation, and budgeting. Understanding these types helps individuals and organizations make informed financial decisions.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in a finance professional role?
