Job Title: Director of Finance

Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000

Location: Greensburg, PA

Position Summary

The Director of Finance is responsible for managing the organization’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and sound fiscal management. This role oversees day-to-day accounting functions while supporting leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities Financial Management
  • Oversee general accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly and year-end close processes.
  • Maintain financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to protect organizational assets.
Budgeting & Planning
  • Develop and manage the annual operating budget.
  • Monitor actual financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
  • Assist leadership with financial forecasting and planning.
  • Provide financial insight to support business decisions.
Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare and present financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Coordinate annual audits and work with external auditors.
  • Ensure timely filing of required financial reports and tax-related documents.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Supervise finance and accounting staff.
  • Partner with department leaders to support financial accountability.
