Job description

2nd Shift Role
Join our team on 2nd shift as a Turret Machine Operator, where you'll play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly. In this fast-paced environment, you'll safely pick, pull, and move full pallets of product while operating a turret machine, ensuring materials are accurately staged and stored. This role is perfect for someone who values teamwork, precision, and safety, and takes pride in keeping operations efficient while following all company policies and regulatory standards.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Write the order number, name of the receiver, and quantity of case on every order, box, pallet, packages and bins pulled
  • Report bad tickets right away to the appropriate leader
  • Pull all orders in a timely manner
  • Once orders are pulled, help run freight and locate product
  • Report broken pallets to supervisor
  • Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet
  • Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the proper charging station

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with other machinery and material handling equipment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)
  • Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
  • Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs,; weight may be more dependent upon facility
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
  • Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Pay Range:$19.18 - $32.40
