Job description

1st and 2nd Shift Turret Operator $23-25/hrResponsibilities
  • Load sheet metal into turret and related fabrication machines safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect parts and finished components to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
  • Learn machine setup procedures for turret, press brake, and punch press equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings.
  • Follow established fabrication and manufacturing processes.
  • Assist with machine programming after demonstrating setup proficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Follow all company safety standards and procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 months of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine operation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work safely around production equipment.
