This is a metal fabrication / machine operator role focused on running turret punch machines and related equipment. It starts as machine loading and inspection, with a clear path into setup and programming.


✅ Core Responsibilities🏭 Machine Operation
  • Load sheet metal into turret machines
  • Monitor machines during operation
  • Ensure parts are running correctly and efficiently
🔍 Quality Control
  • Inspect finished parts (visual + basic measuring tools)
  • Verify parts meet specifications and tolerances
  • Prevent damage to materials during handling
📐 Blueprint & Setup Support
  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Assist in machine setup (turret, press brake, punch press)
  • Learn tooling, changeovers, and setup adjustments
💻 Skill Development (Growth Component)
  • Support basic machine programming
