Job Title: Machine OperatorJob DescriptionAs a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating molding, machining, casting, and other manufacturing machines. Your role will include rotating between various machines and processes, placing proper inserts on the mold table for forming, and filling and packing boxes with sand in a warm environment. You will also use hand tools to remove molds and trim flash from parts according to work orders, conduct visual inspections for any flaws or defects, and stack and palletize products for quality control.
Responsibilities- Operate molding, machining, casting, and other manufacturing machines.
- Rotate to operate various machines and processes.
- Place proper inserts on the mold table for forming.
- Fill and pack boxes with sand in a warm environment.
- Use hand tools to remove molds and trim flash from parts.
- Conduct visual inspection of parts for any flaws or defects.
- Stack and palletize all products for quality control.
- Lift up to 100 lbs throughout the course of the day.
- Occasionally operate a forklift.
- Maintain quality control, ensuring careful machine operation at all times.
- Work independently to process products for casting.
Essential Skills- Experience in machine operation, with a minimum of 12 months in a similar role.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.
- Understanding of blueprints and ability to interpret them.
- Capability to perform general labor tasks, assembly, and fabrication.
- Familiarity with production, manufacturing, and material handling.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience in construction, concrete, carpentry, and heavy-duty tasks.
- Skid steer operation experience is beneficial.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.25/hr.
