What does a Machine Operator do at Fiserv?
Fiserv is your single source provider for plastic manufacturing, personalization, fulfillment, and packaging services. We ensure the highest printing quality, exceptional service, timely delivery, and capacity to meet the needs of any size issuer, from small runs to quantities in the millions.
As a Machine Operator at Fiserv, you'll be trained how to set up and operate machines such as embossing/card personalizers, printers, affixers, inserters and mail sorters. Also, you will adjust the machines to ensure work accuracy while responding to equipment error messages. You will perform quality checks, confirm quantity produced, ensure the batch is accurate per the order ticket, and set up the equipment.
What you will do:
  • Operate a variety of production machines in the manufacturing process of credit/debit cards
  • Adapt and multitask as production volume changes without advanced notice
  • Conduct quality checks to verify that the production materials are accurate according to the job order
  • Cross train to learn the operation of other production equipment

Experience you'll need to have:
  • Experience using a computer for data entry
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Ability to perform basic math to support various job responsibilities

Experience that would be great to have:
  • A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education and military experience
  • 1 year of fast-paced production environment

How you'll work:
  • You will work an assigned schedule of either 1st or 2nd shift
  • Compensation for this role is $20.00hr
  • Eligible to earn shift differential pay based on schedule
  • Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays

  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Salary Range
$20 - $22
These pay ranges apply to employees in Minnesota. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
