Immediate Openings for Turret Operators

Immediate Turret Operator Openings – 1st/2nd Shifts – $23.50 -$24.00 (this includes a $1 PEAK INCENTIVE)

Location: Growing Distribution Center
Schedule: All available schedules include weekends as part of the regular work schedules
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd

We’re hiring experienced forklift operators with proven skills on Turret Operators with Cherry Picker. Candidates must be experienced on all three types of equipment to be considered.

Position Overview:

Forklift Operators are responsible for safely preparing, processing, and moving product throughout the facility. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to pick orders and meet hourly productivity goals. Flexibility is key—operators may be asked to assist with other job functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Turret Truck, and Cherry Picker

  • Pick, stock, and replenish products accurately

  • Use RF scanner to complete job tasks

  • Verify order accuracy, perform product counts, and manage inventory

  • Support general labor tasks when needed

Requirements:
  • Recent experience operating all four types of equipment

  • Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed

  • Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift

  • Consistent attendance and reliability required

  • Background check required (7-year scope)
