Job description

Pay: $19.50/hr - On Demand Pay available (access a portion of your earned pay before pay day)

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm, with overtime including Saturday

Location: Indy North - 5550 W. 74th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268

Job Type: Seasonal โ€“ not eligible for benefits

Job Duration: This seasonal role is expected to last through the facilityโ€™s peak season. Employment may end earlier or extend slightly depending on department workload and business needs

ย Job Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate an order picker and turret to perform receiving duties
  • Organize and stow products in the correct location within the facility
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed
  • Other duties on or off the forklift equipment as assigned to support business needs
  • Adherence to all safety policies โ€“ steel toes required

ย What You Bring:

  • Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
  • 6+ months previous order picker and turret experience - required
  • Ability to work safely at heights of 20ft or more
  • Proven success working in fast-paced, physically demanding seasonal periods
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop, and lift 50lbs throughout 8 to 10-hour shift
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership
