Job Summary:
Keylent Inc is seeking a ServiceNow Business Architect to act as the liaison between the NOC and the Service Management team. The role involves designing, testing, validating, implementing, and releasing new features and enhancements related to ServiceNow modules such as TSM, FSM, and CMDB.
Responsibilities:
• Acting as the liaison between the NOC and the Service Management team to design, test, validate, implement, and release new features and enhancements with TSM, FSM, and CMDB
• Providing Design and Architecture support for TSM (Incident, Change, and Problem), FSM (Work Order Management), and CMDB
Qualifications:
Required:
• ETOM/ITIL certification, ServiceNow Architect, System Administrator, or Implementor Certification
• 3 or more years of hands-on experience designing and implementing business requirements
