We have an immediate need for Quality Control Inspectors for our New Castle, IN manufacturing facility on B Shift. Excellent benefits package. TS TECH INDIANA, LLC JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION: QC Inspector - B Shift Qualifications: Good understanding of processes and requirements.

Ensure quality standards. Must be self motivated, have good interpersonal and communication skills and be dependable. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Inspect finished products within the cycle time prior to delivery to the internal or external customer to verify quality specifications are met at inspection stations Collect data for rejects and support for eliminate internal defects Support development of Inspection Methods/OPSTAND on inspection station/process Ensure policies/procedures are understood and followed.

Provide a safe and professional work environment. Support to Develop methods of inspection for improvement. Display and promote teamwork and a respectful atmosphere.

Treat every associate fairly, equally, with respect and dignity. Support all TS Tech Indiana quality requirements. Support development of 5S, TPM and Kaizen programs.

Ensure safe operations. Will ensure daily control items align with the company business plan and key objectives/metrics. All other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Ability to stand or sit, climb stairs, use fingers, hands, wrists, arms, lift and/or move a maximum of 50 lbs. occasionally. Open office work space.
