Job description

Prominent law firm seeks a Trust & Estates Paralegal to join successful team. Firm offers positive culture and excellent benefits.


Ideal candidate would have extensive experience preparing estate and gift tax returns, familiarity with the generation-skipping transfer tax, administering small to large estates from probate through final settlement, and all other aspects of estate and trust administration, including preparation of estate and trust accountings.

Ability to understand and assist attorneys with estate and income tax and other issues related to estate and trust administration.

Proven skills in project management, organization, the ability to work independently as part of a team and client relations as well as experience with Onesource/FPS is a must.

5 – 10 years of experience in the administration of complex estates and trusts.
