TriCare Medical Transportation is South Jersey's premier medical transportation company. We are a large-scale 24/7 operation with over 400 employees and 150 vehicles, providing service from our headquarters in Pleasantville, NJ and two satellite locations in Vineland and Cherry Hill.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an EMT, you will respond to emergent (911) and non-emergent calls throughout Southern New Jersey.

Recognize and treat medical conditions with appropriate techniques, equipment and knowledge of all State and company protocols

Provide transport to medical facilities by assuming responsibility for patient's medical care 

Remain up to date with current standards of care, equipment functions and all required certifications, licenses and registrations

Be courteous and professional to patients, facility employees, co-workers and the public at all times

Utilize company iPhone for communication with Dispatch, directions and documentation 

Conduct regular safety checks and maintain cleanliness to ensure the vehicle meets NJOEMS standards


WHAT YOU'LL NEED

NJ or PA State EMT-B or NREMT Certification (reciprocity candidates will be considered)

Must obtain NJ EMS ID number if you hold a NREMT or out of state EMT Certification 

Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record 

Clean background check

Negative drug screening  

18 years of age or older

Ability to lift up to 300lb patient with a partner


WHAT YOU'LL BE PAID

Starting rate ranges between $24.75 up to $26.79 based on applicable experience

Shift differential for overnight in addition to your hourly rate (plus any applicable overtime!)
