Associate Sales Representative

We have a Direct Hire Opportunity available for an Associate Sales Representative in Renton, WA.

Location: Renton, WA (Onsite Only)

Hours: 8am to 5pm MondayWednesday

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour + Commission

Benefits include; Weekly direct deposit and more

General Job Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified TRICARE-eligible individuals and families
  • Educate prospective members on USFHP benefits and healthcare options
  • Explain differences between USFHP and other TRICARE plans
  • Document calls, interactions, and enrollments in CRM systems
  • Ensure compliance with DHA, TRICARE, and state regulations

Required Skills and Experience

  • Ability to work onsite in Renton, WA
  • Availability to work MondayWednesday
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and sales goals
  • Strong communication, listening, and customer service skills

Licensure and Certifications Required
