IT KeySource is a company seeking a Triage Analyst to support large scale systems. The role involves processing IT related tickets, utilizing various tools for analysis, and providing customer support.
Responsibilities:
• Experience with customer support using tools such as Dynatrace, Elk and Power BI.
• Experience with processing IT related tickets.
• Experience using Oracle SQL to generate and execute complex queries for Triage analysis.
• Experience using Azure DevOps.
• Experience using Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of APIs and Asynchronous programming.
• Experience working in healthcare industry is a plus.
• Experience training junior analyst is a plus.
• Knowledge of IBM middleware products such as App Connect Enterprise and DataPower.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills are desired.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience supporting large scale system as a Triage analyst.
• Experience with customer support using tools such as Dynatrace, Elk and Power BI.
• Experience with processing IT related tickets.
• Experience using Oracle SQL to generate and execute complex queries for Triage analysis.

• Experience using Agile methodology.
