Position Overview

We are seeking a Certified Arborist with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our growing team. This is a key role within our plant health care and tree management division, focused on delivering expert-level service, diagnostics, and client consultation across high-end properties.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform tree inspections, risk assessments, and health evaluations
  • Diagnose and treat plant health care issues including pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies
  • Develop and implement tree care and preservation plans
  • Oversee pruning, removals, and specialized arboricultural work
  • Collaborate with landscape designers, account managers, and field teams
  • Provide client-facing consultations with clear, professional recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and industry best practices


Qualifications

  • ISA Certified Arborist (required)
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on arboriculture experience
  • Strong knowledge of tree biology, soil health, and regional species (NY/CT)
  • Experience with plant health care programs and diagnostics
  • Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
