With nearly $10 billion in development across Class A office, luxury residential, retail, dining, and cultural destinations - including CityPlace, One Flagler, and South Flagler House - Related Ross is building the future of downtown West Palm Beach. Beyond real estate, the company's lifestyle portfolio spans some of South Florida's most iconic properties and experiences, including the Palm Tree Festival in West Palm Beach, Apogee Golf Club, and Hard Rock Stadium.
Brand partnerships are a critical pillar of that vision. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships to support the Director of Brand Partnerships in growing and managing a best-in-class partnership program across our portfolio of properties and experiences.
This individual will work in close collaboration with our external sales agency, internal Marketing team, Events team, and experiential agency to develop new business, manage active partner relationships, and ensure the flawless fulfillment of sponsorship commitments. The role is well suited for someone who is entrepreneurial and thrives in a fast-moving environment with a track record of operating with ownership and initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development
  • Work alongside our external sales agency to identify, pitch, and close new industry-leading brand partnerships, sponsorships and activations across priority categories
  • Create customized, visually compelling sponsorship proposals and partnership packages including brand renderings - working both directly with brands and in collaboration with the agency - with a strong emphasis on creative and innovative ideas that connect brands to consumers in meaningful ways via storytelling
  • Own the ongoing maintenance and updating of the brand partnerships pitch deck, ensuring materials are current, compelling, and tailored to priority brand categories
  • Maintain and update active pipeline of prospective partners and manage research, outreach and tracking activity through CRM
  • Support cross-portfolio relationships with Hard Rock Stadium

Relationship Management
  • Support the Director of Brand Partnerships in managing portfolio of active top-tier brand partners, serving as a key day-to-day contact
  • Proactively manage partner communications in a timely manner to ensure all contractual obligations are met, and relationships are positioned for long-term renewal and growth
  • Assist with hosting partners onsite for visits and events

Partnership Fulfillment & Reporting
  • Partner closely with the internal Marketing team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all sponsorship assets, including digital placements, signage, event integrations, and VIP access
  • Own and work with Marketing on post-activation recaps that demonstrate measurable ROI and support renewal conversations
  • Maintain clear and current records of partner deliverable status using project management tools such as Asana and other AI-powered platforms, ensuring all commitments are fulfilled in accordance with contractual terms
  • Work closely with Director and legal on brand partnership agreements, ensuring all contract terms are accurately captured and obligations are tracked through to completion
  • Collaborate with the internal PR & Events team and experiential agencies to identify and manage brand partner placements within activations and programming
  • Serve as the primary coordination point between brand partners and the Events team to ensure activations are executed on-brand and in full alignment with partner agreements
  • Support the planning and on-site execution of brand-activated events, pop-ups, and experiential programming across the Related Ross portfolio
  • Manage digital kiosk vendor, overseeing contract compliance, content scheduling, and service delivery; coordinate cross-functionally to ensure kiosk placements align with sponsorship commitments and troubleshoot operational issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships and experiential marketing with best-in-class brands
  • Demonstrated success managing brand relationships and supporting end-to-end flawless partnership execution
  • Experience working effectively with external agency partners and cross-functional internal teams
  • Creative & graphic design skills to create visual renderings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency with AI tools; experience with Asana or similar AI-powered platforms strongly preferred; ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini experience required
  • Strong project management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
