Key Responsibilities
  • Assess damage and determine proper remediation approach
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and insurance adjusters
  • Obtain approval on job scopes and budgets
  • Provide job direction and oversight to technicians and subcontractors
  • Ensure all documentation is timely and accurate in the project management system
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and troubleshoot as needed
  • Assist with onboarding and continuous staff training
  • Participate in the on-call rotation (flexibility required)

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in restoration or construction
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Familiar with using mobile devices and project management software
  • Experience with Xactimate is a plus
  • IICRC certification(s) strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass a background check
