Women's Lacrosse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and proactive professional to serve as our Women's Lacrosse Operations Specialist. This role is integral to the success of one of the premier Division I women's lacrosse programs, providing leadership in the day-to-day operations that allow our student-athletes and coaches to perform at their highest level.
As a key member of our program, you will thrive in a culture that values teamwork, excellence, innovation, and a commitment to the holistic development of our student-athletes. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable experience within one of the country's leading collegiate athletic departments.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Lead the program's operational planning, organization, and communication efforts.
  • Coordinate all logistics for practices, competitions, and team travel.
  • Manage team travel, lodging, meals, and per diem arrangements.
  • Supervise and develop the student manager staff.
  • Direct equipment ordering and apparel operations for the program.
  • Assist with video operations, including practice and game filming, and related technology.
  • Plan and execute special events, including alumni engagement and community outreach initiatives.
  • Foster positive relationships with student-athlete families, alumni, and supporters.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of summer camps and clinics.
  • Provide comprehensive operational support to the Head Coach and coaching staff.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with campus partners and athletic department units.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities, including expense reports and other office operations.
