Phoenix Fabricators and Erectors, LLC ("Phoenix"), founded in 1986 and headquartered in Avon, Indiana, is one of the nation's leading construction companies specializing in elevated water towers and storage tanks. Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and support field operations personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Establish and maintain standardized operational processes, field reporting, and execution practices across all projects.
  • Monitor project performance, labor productivity, equipment utilization, quality, schedules, and operational costs while implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Review project budgets, forecasts, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational metrics to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Evaluate operational workflows and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance communication, productivity, and quality.
  • Lead change management initiatives and promote adoption of new processes, technologies, and best practices.
  • Spend approximately 25?50% of working time in the field observing operations, supporting crews, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Build strong working relationships with field leadership while ensuring corporate initiatives are effectively communicated and executed.
  • Support workforce planning, staffing, succession planning, coaching, and leadership development for field personnel.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, organizational growth, equipment planning, and operational improvements.
  • Identify operational challenges early and develop sustainable solutions that improve overall project performance and accountability.
