Our client is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead a newly created HR Operations function within a growing, multi-site organization.

This is a rare opportunity for an HR leader who wants to do more than maintain existing processes. The selected candidate will help implement a new HR operating model, lead a team of HR professionals, and shape how HR services are delivered across the organization.

What You'll Do

Lead HR Operations

  • Oversee HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle
  • Ensure consistent execution of HR programs, policies, and processes
  • Establish service standards, workflows, documentation, and escalation procedures
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and service quality

Partner with Leaders

  • Support leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for complex employee and manager issues
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions

Drive Process Improvement

  • Lead initiatives to standardize and optimize HR processes
  • Utilize HR technology, reporting, and analytics to improve decision-making
  • Create tools, resources, and workflows that simplify HR operations

Develop and Lead a Team

  • Coach and mentor HR team members
  • Establish performance expectations and development plans
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with broad exposure across multiple HR disciplines
  • 3+ years of leadership experience within HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Business Partner, or similar functions
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence
  • Strong experience utilizing HR systems, reporting, analytics, and workflow tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Master's degree
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
  • Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed organizations
  • Experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS platforms
