Job description

Pay: $20.00
EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED FOR ROUTING COORDINATOR:
  • Accurately route deliveries for multiple locations in the most efficient manner possible
  • Staple and organize delivery tickets as well as highlight special instruction notations (Confirm that Storis reflects these on credit memos and orders with balances).
  • Work logistical scheduling multiple times a day to confirm that holds have been removed, all picks have been sent, and filter out tickets with no merchandise and credit holds.
  • Communicate with drivers proactively on routes for the next delivery day.
  • Meet deadlines regarding delivery prep picks being sent. Ensure timeframes are being provided to all customers at the same time daily through all available channels.
  • Keep track/report reschedules as well as departure times weekly to Delivery Processing Manager; ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Maintain the office appearance by keeping everything neat and clean
