Job description

Contractor- 1099

Badger Telecom is seeking motivated individuals and crews to perform fiber drop bury work throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding communities.

Experience Preferred, But Not Required

We are willing to work with hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Install underground conduit and fiber service lines at 8 to 12 inches

  • Perform drop bury operations in residential and commercial areas

  • Dig trenches and work outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Complete basic fiber splicing tasks

  • Maintain a safe and professional work environment

  • Interact professionally with customers and property owners

  • Follow project specifications and company procedures

Requirements

  • Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work

  • Comfortable using hand tools and digging equipment
