Job description


The Operations Coordinator ensures efficient and professional operation of various day-to-day operational activities. This role supports operations managers, field supervisors, and associates by performing various tasks related to the organization, communication, and operational logistics.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to field supervisors and field operations manager.
  • Manage the communication of local construction activities, locations of work being performed.
  • Execute clerical and general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, typing, proofreading, copying, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Coordinate document management.
  • Handle potentially confidential and time-sensitive material appropriately.
  • Provide oversight of critical data that facilitates day to day operations.
  • Administrative assistance for Fleet management.
  • Critical KPI tracking throughout the month.
  • Street sheets from construction, tracking construction issues, etc.
  • Track and report damages from installation activities and contractors (e.g., driveways, dog fences, propane lines, sprinklers).
  • Administrative oversight checking of third party invoicing with predefined guardrails (Drop contractors and in home installer contractors).
  • Support time tracking entry.
  • Manage long drop pre-qualification processes.
  • Handle drop bury coordination for previous temp drops, partial drops and related to repairs.
  • Manage Hold-Construction updates and move orders.
  • Administrative support for network transition for post M&A customer conversion.
  • Coordinate commercial and MDU pre-field assessments.
  • Ensure install contractor quality control tracking, order notes accountability, and billing accuracy for in bound locates request, manage requests, coordinate with internal resources, and administration with local market.
  • Oversight of 3rd party billing related to in-bound locates.
  • File drop related Permits and related documentation, and track to completion.
  • Monitor and report plant damage incidents, including:
    1. Third-party or accidental cuts
    2. Summaries and invoicing for resolution activities Note: For Maintenance / Repair of cuts etc. owned by operations.
  • Travel within specific market as necessary.
  • Other duties as needed and as assigned.
