U.S. Multimodal Group (USMMG)

is a North American logistics company providing intermodal, drayage, transloading, truckload, expedited, and cross-border services across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. We operate the trucks, chassis, and facilities that move our customers freight giving shippers control, reliability, and accountability from origin to destination.


The Role:

The Director of Sales leads revenue growth across USMMGs full-service portfolio. You will build and execute the strategy to win new shippers, expand existing accounts, and align our intermodal, drayage, transload, and cross-border capabilities to customer supply chain needs. You will partner with operations and pricing leadership and serve as a senior commercial voice in the market.


Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment eligibility will be verified through E-Verify, and a background check is required.


What you'll do:

  • Own annual revenue, margin, and new-logo targets across all USMMG service lines.
  • Develop a customer specific strategy for intermodal, drayage, transloading, truckload, expedited, and U.S.Mexico / U.S.Canada cross-border services.
  • Partner with operations, pricing, and network leaders to structure profitable, executable customer solutions.
  • Cultivate executive relationships with shipper CSCOs, VPs of Logistics, and procurement leaders.
  • Responsible for pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and CRM
  • Represent USMMG at industry events, strategic RFPs, and senior customer reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of commercial sales experience
  • Proven track record of building and scaling multi-modal books of business.
  • Preferred experience selling North American intermodal networks, and port drayage.
  • Strong analytical, pricing, and contract negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling into Fortune 1000 shippers across CPG, retail, and industrial verticals.
  • Bachelors degree preferred, Will need to travel
