Position Summary
The Transloading Operations Worker is responsible for performing daily assigned duties while upholding company standards for safety, product quality, and production efficiency within our Biofuels Transloading operations. This role includes executing minor maintenance tasks, including routine preventive maintenance on tools and equipment such as greasing, oil changes, checking fluid levels for coolant, fuel, and engine oil while also maintaining general housekeeping and cleaning duties. The individual will safely operate and maintain various equipment required to support operations, including control room systems, transloaders, conveyor systems, rail operations equipment, structural components, UTVs, mobile equipment, and hand tools. Additionally, the role involves operating equipment within the Transloading process, accurately recording data, and supporting overall operational workflow. This position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, performing hands-on, physical work, and contributing to a team in a dynamic industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily duties/tasks assigned, maintain company standards of safety, product quality, and production
  • Perform a wide variety of maintenance tasks such as completing routine preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, and housekeeping duties
  • Safely operate and maintain all equipment necessary to complete assigned tasks such as control room operations, transloaders, conveyor systems, structures, UTV, mobile equipment and hand tools
  • Operate various types of mobile equipment
