DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

  • Demonstrated experience and strong track record as a Senior Project Manager or strong Project Manager ready to step up, with experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Background with ground-up and renovation projects, with experience in design build and cm at risk delivery.
  • Comfortable managing project plans, financials, subcontractors, and schedules while navigating permitting, inspections, and issue resolution with confidence.
  • Strong safety record and working knowledge of compliance standards, 30-hour OSHA certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management platforms such as Procore, or similar systems.
  • Ability to lead field and office coordination and support long-term company goals with integrity and accountability.
