Trissential is hiring a PMO Analyst – Transformation Governance & Delivery Support to join our client's team and support a high-impact transformation portfolio within a mature enterprise environment. Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Support TPMO governance processes, stage gate readiness activities, and governance framework execution across transformational programs
  • Partner with program teams to collect, organize, validate, and maintain governance artifacts, approvals, evidence, and supporting documentation
  • Track and monitor action items, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and key follow-up activities across assigned workstreams
  • Create and maintain clear status reports, governance updates, leadership presentations, meeting materials, and executive summaries
  • Assist with governance reporting and dashboard preparation using project and portfolio management tools
  • Support the administration and maintenance of governance information within KEY/Shibumi, SharePoint, SPM, Jira, Power BI, and related platforms
  • Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance consistency, usability, documentation quality, and repeatability
  • Coordinate stakeholder communication and ensure governance requirements are clearly understood and completed on time
  • Support delivery oversight activities and program readiness reviews for strategic initiatives

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • Approximately 2-5 years of experience in project management, PMO coordination, governance, transformation delivery, or related enterprise project environments
  • Experience supporting project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, meeting coordination, and action tracking
  • Strong ability to create professional status reports, dashboards, meeting notes, governance summaries, and leadership communications
  • Working knowledge of project lifecycle management, governance frameworks, stage gate processes, risk management, and PMO methodologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms used within enterprise environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and organizational excellence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at different levels
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
  • A growth mindset with a willingness to learn, ask questions, and take on increasing responsibility

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience working with SharePoint, Jira, Power BI, ServiceNow, KEY/Shibumi, or similar governance and reporting platforms
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations or SAP program delivery environments
  • Experience supporting utility industry projects or large enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of portfolio management and governance frameworks within enterprise PMOs
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies, Agile delivery practices, or hybrid project management approaches
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management training/certification experience

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
  • Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
  • PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications are preferred but not required
