Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Program Manager to join our client accounts team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating all client program requirements to cross-functional teams and supporting program execution to meet timelines and ensure client satisfaction across the entire program. You will apply strategic vision to drive project progress and overcome implementation obstacles to deliver key strategic initiatives for assigned accounts.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
  • Lead Program Strategy: Lead tactical and strategic planning sessions and develop best practices to maintain comprehensive program documentation and data reporting for Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Drive Process Excellence: Identify and implement infrastructure and process improvements needed to support Tier 1 clients efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate and Implement: Partner with Business Development and logistics teams to manage onsite project quotes and drive all cross-functional implementation meetings for new client onboarding.
  • Monitor Performance: Manage program health by monitoring revenue, profitability, and risks throughout the entire program cycle.
  • Ensure Compliance: Interpret client Master Service Agreements/Statements of Work and resolve escalations to ensure all activities align with contractual and organizational standards.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven experience in program management, specifically managing multiple projects through an entire program cycle.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce to track client inquiries and create detailed project plans.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills necessary to facilitate training and deliver informational sessions to all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Ability to travel throughout the United States as required for client support.
  • Travel: 15%
