Job description

Transaction & Operations Manager

Our client, Trusted Capital Homes, buys houses directly from people who need out fast: a foreclosure closing in on someone, a family relocating for a job, a property that's been sitting and needs to move. No listings, no waiting on buyers—just a fast, fair offer and a team that gets it done. Alongside that, the company runs its own pipeline of fix-and-flip renovations, wholesale deals, and refinances, so the deal flow never really stops.

Service, persistence, grit, dedication, and results aren't a poster on the wall here; they're how deals actually get closed. This is a team that moves fast, expects a lot, and is actively scaling to handle greater volume and a larger footprint. Performance is discussed daily, not once a quarter, and the people who do well are the ones who like being coached and pushed, not left alone.

As the Transaction & Operations Manager, you're the one making sure every deal—and the two people helping you run them—actually gets to the closing table, while helping build the operation that gets this company to its next stage.

What You'll Own

You'll own each file from contract execution through closing, support the sales team throughout the transaction process, and lead a team of two—a local assistant and a virtual assistant — to keep the workload moving. You'll coordinate titles, escrow, lenders, and contractors; track inspections and contingencies; and keep deals on schedule without being chased, all while keeping the executive team informed of pipeline status. This is not a support role. It's an operations and leadership seat with real ownership over process, people, and outcomes, with a defined path to Senior Operations or Director.

Does This Sound Like You

You think two steps ahead. You don't just execute the task in front of you; you see the delay before it happens and the process that could run more smoothly. You build systems because chaos bothers you, and you'd rather be handed a problem and the authority to solve it than a script to follow. Ambiguity doesn't rattle you; it's where you do your best thinking.

Trusted Capital Homes is organized, structured, and genuinely invested in developing its people. Leadership recognizes strong performance and offers real opportunity in return: more responsibility, more autonomy, and a clear path forward. This is a place built for someone who wants to be challenged, not just employed.

At a Glance

  • Residential transaction management from contract to closing across wholesale, disposition, fix-and-flip, and refinance deals
  • Direct support to the sales team throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Leadership of a two-person support team (one local, one virtual)
  • Regular reporting to the executive team on pipeline status and transaction health
  • Coordination with title companies, escrow officers, lenders, contractors, buyers, and sellers
  • Document review for accuracy and compliance
  • Refinance files from application through funding
  • Renovation project tracking, schedule and budget
  • CRM accuracy and pipeline reporting

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • 2+ years managing residential real estate transactions in a coordination, escrow, title, or operations capacity
  • Experience leading or managing support staff, including remote or virtual assistants, preferred
  • Familiarity with wholesale real estate, investment acquisitions, fix-and-flip, or refinance transactions preferred, not required
  • Working knowledge of CRM and transaction management platforms
  • Notary license a plus, not required

The Details

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 based on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunity

Benefits: Paid time off and Holidays

Hours: Full-time, Monday through Thursday 9:30am–6:30pm, Friday 9:30am–5:15pm

Candidates who contact the client directly may be removed from consideration. We appreciate your enthusiasm, but please do not call or email. Please apply directly with Pro REA Staffing. If you seem like a good fit for the job, you'll hear from our recruiters about the next steps.
