About you:

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing and Transactions Coordinator - Commercial Real Estate (internally called Client Services Coordinator) who thrives on providing top-notch support to brokers and clients alike!

As a Client Services Coordinator, you're at the forefront of the action, delivering exceptional support to this Broker Team. This role will include helping support the Business Development of Brokers through marketing efforts, creation of pitch decks and other graphic material along with managing the transaction communication, correspondence and process from commencement to completion.

From project management to marketing wizardry, you're the go-to guru for all things real estate. You have a passion for proposal creation, document preparation, superior writing skills and presentation. You're ready to tackle any client-facing challenge, marketing graphic creation, or transaction administration task that comes your way.

In this role, you will:

  • Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team, and track action items, delivery dates/times and 'manage up' to completion of each project.
  • Develop pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients for broker team.
  • Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns, maintenance of mailing lists, and running campaign reports.
  • Update Brokers' recent transactions on applicable websites, and client contract portals for both local and regional clients intel to be readily available.
  • Participate in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes, entering deal sheets and submitting completed trade record and supporting paperwork, preparing invoices and tracking payments.

What you bring:

  • 1-2+ years of marketing/administrative support services experience within Commercial Real Estate.
  • Strong Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Real Estate
  • Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and comfortable with using network/cloud based systems.
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
