Compensation:

$20 - $24 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Assume other pre-closing and post-closing tasks as directed
  • Understand all contracts, commitments, and lender and escrow instructions to assure completion for a timely escrow close
  • Prepare closing documents such as settlement statements, escrow files, and closing statements
  • Communicate with title insurance representatives, insurance company representatives, loan officer, escrow processors and team members, title company, real estate agents, and clients to assist escrow officer in the closing process
  • Manage clerical and administrative duties on the escrow officer’s behalf to complete escrow transactions and necessary follow-up requests

Qualifications:
  • Administrative support, secretarial, and clerical experience required
  • 2-3 years of residential or commercial escrow assistant experience
  • Superb communications, time management, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Strong experience with Microsoft office required, escrow software experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required -- some college preferred
