Responsibilities
โ€ข Manage your own escrow desk from open to close (Traditional Sales, Refis, and more)
โ€ข Lead and support your escrow unit (Assistants, Jr. Officers, Processors)
โ€ข Deliver five-star service to agents, clients, and lenders
โ€ข Oversee, audit, and guide file processing to ensure accuracy and compliance
โ€ข Problem-solve, delegate, and push files to closing on time, every time
โ€ข Build raving fans with each smooth, professional closing
Qualifications
โ€ข A proven, verifiable Book of Business (agents, brokers, lenders)
โ€ข Minimum 3 years of experience running your own desk as an Escrow Officer
โ€ข Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
โ€ข Excellent communication and customer service skills
โ€ข Leadership qualities to inspire and guide your team
โ€ข Proficiency with Microsoft Office and escrow software
โ€ข Must pass DFPI and DOJ background checks
