What is the opportunity?

Join our team as a Program Manager and become a catalyst for advisor excellence. You'll transform how our Investment Advisors approach prospecting, client relationships, and wealth management practices. By designing and delivering innovative training solutions, you'll empower advisor teams to work smarter, unlock opportunities, and deliver exceptional client service.

What will you do?

  • Design and Execute Strategic Training to create scalable learning initiatives aligned with business objectives that accelerate advisor performance and onboarding while measuring tangible outcomes
  • Champion Innovation and Modern Practices by evaluating emerging trends, sales methodologies, and training technologies to modernize the advisor experience and drive productivity gains
  • Deliver High-Impact Facilitation by leading engaging in-person and virtual training sessions across experience levels, inspire action, and establish credibility through strong communication and business acumen
  • Build High-Performance Cultures that fosters accountability, growth, and continuous improvement by coaching advisors and leaders to elevate performance standards and maximize client impact
  • Leverage Technology and Data to enhance engagement, measure program impact, and scale advisor enablement based on business results
  • Act as Strategic Partner identifying capability gaps, recommend forward-looking development solutions, and influence adoption of new practices across advisor and leadership teams

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships within a retail brokerage environment, and knowledge of Canada's Investment Advisory industry
  • 5-7 years of experience in wealth management, sales enablement, training, coaching, or advisor development environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and engage professionals in high-performance, client-facing roles
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with confidence leading large groups and executive-level discussions
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to connect learning initiatives to business outcomes
  • High degree of initiative, adaptability, and comfort operating in evolving or ambiguous environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Ability to quickly learn and leverage technology platforms to improve business and training outcomes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel; this role requires multiple weeks in classroom in person, and in office during non-classroom weeks. Please note there may be some travel involved throughout the year.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$90,000.00 - $140,000.00
