The Project:

Mace is seeking a Program Manager - Contracts to join the team for a Rail & Transit project in Toronto.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Lead preparation and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance and effective execution.
  • Manage cost control, valuations, reporting, and financial oversight throughout project delivery.
  • Oversee claims, variations, and project changes, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
  • Provide leadership to cost consultants and project teams, driving performance and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, influencing outcomes and promoting collaboration.
  • Embed sustainability and net zero carbon goals within project delivery and decision-making.

You'll Need To Have:

  • Degree in quantity surveying or cost management, with professional membership or equivalent.
  • Proven commercial management expertise and financial acumen.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of sustainability, value engineering, and construction methodologies.

Note: The estimated salary for this position is 125,000 - 155,000 CAD. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
